Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Beautiful Earth Boutique gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at a designated shipping point, then wait for our team to process your refund within 5-7 business days.
